CULLMAN COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING

EMERGENCY CALLED MEETING

FEBRUARY 28, 2005 – 4:00 P.M.

An emergency called meeting of the Cullman County Commission was held on Monday February 28, 2005, at 4:00 p.m. in the Commission Office Conference Room. Present were Chairman Wiley Kitchens, Commissioner Doug Williams, and Commissioner Stanley Yarbrough. Chairman Kitchens called the meeting to order.

REQUEST FOR TAX ABATEMENT FOR ADVANCED ROTORS, INC.

Chairman Kitchens stated the emergency called meeting was for the request for Tax Abatement for Advance Rotors, Inc. that was tabled from the Commission Meeting held at 10:00 a.m. February 28, 2005. Chairman Kitchens stated at that time the Commissioners had received the Tax Abatement prior to the meeting and had not had time to read the abatement. Since the meeting the Commissioners has read the abatement and is ready to make a decision.

Commissioner Williams made the motion to grant the Tax Abatement for Advance Rotors, Inc. Commissioner Yarbrough Seconded, and upon a voice the motion carried unanimously.

ADJOURN

Upon a duly made and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
