COMMISSION MEETING
October 28, 2008

Call to Order and Welcome
A regular meeting of the Cullman County Commission was held Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at 10:00 a.m., in the Cullman County Commission Office Conference Room.  Chairman Kitchens called the meeting to order and welcomed all visitors.

Call of Roll to Establish Quorum, Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance
Present were Chairman Kitchens, Commissioner Wayne Willingham, and County Attorney Dan Willingham.  Commissioner Doug Williams was absent. Attorney Willingham gave the invocation and Mr. George Mann lead the Pledge of Allegiance.

Approve minutes of October 14, 2008 meeting, approve appropriations, expenditures, requisitions, travel expenses and approve all journal entries to be posted
Commissioner Willingham made the motion to approve. Chairman Kitchens seconded.  Upon a voice vote the motion passed.

At that time Chairman Kitchens made the motion to recess the meeting until Thursday, October 30, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Commissioner Willingham seconded.
