COMMISSION MEETING
NOVEMBER 12, 2008

CALL TO ORDER AND WELCOME
A regular meeting of the Cullman County Commission was held Tuesday, November 12, 2008 at 10:00 a.m., in the Cullman County Commission Office Conference Room.  Commissioner Williams called the meeting to order and welcomed all visitors.

CALL OF ROLL TO ESTABLISH QUORUM, INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Present were Chairman Elect James Graves, Commissioner Wayne Willingham, Commissioner Doug Williams and County Attorney Dan Willingham. Rev. Mike Webb gave the invocation and Commissioner Willingham lead the Pledge of Allegiance.

At this time Commissioner Williams made the motion to recess the Commission Meeting until 1:00 p.m. Commissioner Willingham seconded.

Commissioner Williams invited everyone to remain for the ceremony of the new Chairman James Graves to be sworn in by Judge Nicholas and the reception following.
